Dapples and Denim, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All returns will receive store credit in the form of an online code that will be sent to you directly, via email. Please allow three to five business days for your return to be processed, after delivery. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions.
Return Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent and makeup free.
How to Return:
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 business days of delivery.
- We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs.
- Please include your name and order number in or on the package.
- Please allow three to five business days for your return to be processed, after delivery.
- Returns postmarked after the 14 business days will be rejected. An invoice will be sent to your email for the return shipping costs.
